There are no lengthy tie-ins for outsourced HR clients. We believe that our work speaks for itself. A client relationship should be based on mutual trust and respect, not forced and begrudging. There are primarily two ways clients can engage with us for outsourced HR services:
Maximum number of hours or days per month agreed which can be used throughout the month. A standard monthly fee is paid.
For a very flexible approach, a block of hours can be purchased and paid for to be used within 6 or 12 months, depending on the amount of hours. If you run out, just buy some more!
