Mahler Marrow Consulting Limited provides HR consulting and coaching services to businesses and charities, drawing on 25 years generalist and specialist HR experience up to Board and Trustee level. The business was founded in 2020 by Sarah Marrow, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and ILM Level 7 qualified Executive Coach & Mentor and is supported by a network of associate coaches and HR professionals.

Mahler Marrow Consulting Limited supports businesses to connect with their people so that they are seen as 'employers of choice'. The benefits work both ways - employees vote with their feet - so ensuring they are engaged and feel valued retains talent and encourages those people to 'go the extra mile'.

In addition to extensive commercial experience, Mahler Marrow Consulting Limited is passionate about lending a helping hand to organisations working to build a level playing field of employment opportunities. Sarah has supported several charities as a job and interview coach on a pro-bono basis, providing support to those with barriers to employment to get access to opportunities and to succeed when those opportunities present themselves and has experience as a charity Trustee.
