Helping organisations design and deliver change that actually sticks.  This includes organisational design, culture change, restructures and transformation programmes.  With a people-first approach - understanding (from experience) how change feels, not just how it's planned.

Career Coaching & Outplacement Services
Supporting individuals as they navigate change in their careers or leadership.

Working 1:1 with individuals from a wide range of sectors and backgrounds – the common thread is that they’re at a point of career transition. That might mean stepping into a bigger role, rethinking their path, seeking more alignment with their values or working on a specific challenge such as loss of confidence, increasing resilience, imposter syndrome.

Creating space for reflection, clarity and forward movement. Coaching is about helping people reconnect with what matters, and work out what’s next – in a way that feels sustainable and true to them.

HR Advisory and Projects
Partnering with business owners or HR teams on anything from policy to people strategy.  Leading on projects including employee engagement, performance management, leadership development and more.  Acting as an independent sounding board and strategic guide.

We support a range of organisations, primarily small to medium sized businesses and charities.

Mahler Marrow Consulting Limited is based in Cheshire, although work is regularly undertaken throughout the UK and internationally.

Sarah Marrow
Founder, Consultant, Coach


Sarah founded Mahler Marrow Consulting Limited in 2020, following an extensive career which started in 'Big 4' consulting before progressing through a range of in-house HR roles in a business setting.

Sarah is motivated by a love of variety, curiosity and continual learning.  She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and an ILM Level 7 qualified Executive Coach & Mentor.

Sector experience includes: PLCs through to start-ups, PE-backed businesses, financial services, investment management, technology and fintech, recruitment, aviation and engineering, charities, logistics and transport.

Sarah works with a wide range of talented associates, who provide support as required, on a reciprocal basis in some cases.

Associate Business Consultant
Louise Johnson


Louise is a CIPD qualified Executive Coach working with organisations to successfully deliver Leadership Development programmes.  

Additionally she benefits from being an experienced Prince2 project manager with a record of over 15 years delivering key high profile projects specialising in private and public sector advisory projects. This has included solving strategic and operational issues leading to cost reduction and quality improvements. These projects have included business process reviews, mergers and strategic HR reviews.

In a previous life Louise was Global Risk Manager at KPMG, with responsibility for assuring quality and compliance standards on all consulting projects, providing training and recommended remedial action where required.

Associate HR Administrator
Charlotte Carney

Charlotte describes herself as a "paperwork pro", with a background in administration supporting senior leaders, she thrives on staying busy, organised and keeping everything in order.  She provides a level of detail and scrutiny which is essential to HR administration and a reassuring approach to handling sensitive and confidential information.
